What happens in an Energy Integration session?
You’ll remain fully clothed and comfortable. We begin with a brief check-in, then you’ll rest while I work with your energy field. Many people feel warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, or emotional release—others simply feel calm.
Do I need experience with meditation?
Not at all. We’ll meet your attention where it is and build from there. Coaching is especially helpful if traditional meditation has felt frustrating or inaccessible.
How should I prepare for distance Reiki?
Set aside a quiet window where you can rest uninterrupted. A comfy place to lie down, a blanket, and a glass of water is plenty. Afterward, we’ll share a short debrief and simple integration suggestions.
Are there any contraindications?
Reiki and meditation are generally gentle. If you’re navigating acute mental health symptoms, medical concerns, or complex trauma, we’ll proceed with extra care and may coordinate with your licensed providers. You’re always in control of pacing and touch/space.
What if I get emotional during a session?
It’s welcome. We’ll slow down, stay resourced, and let your system move at a safe pace. There’s no need to “perform healing.”
Where do sessions take place?
Offerings vary by format: in-person sessions are held in a calm, private studio space; coaching and distance Reiki are hosted online. You’ll receive location or video details after booking.
